01 — Introduction
Sterling Temple has been instructed by Adem Hassan of Pearl & Coutts to carry out a full building measured survey of Portland House at the earliest date. Our surveyor attended site at 09:00 on Wednesday 12 August 2026 under access arranged by Lois Bonham, covering the areas where access was confirmed; any unit not accessed on the day (the second floor was unconfirmed) will be measured on a single return visit by arrangement.
The deliverable is an Area Measurement report for the whole building — 3D laser scan capture, illustrated floor plans and a schedule of areas, measured in accordance with RICS guidelines and reported in m².

Sterling Temple surveys using a GeoSLAM Zeb Revo RT handheld SLAM scanner, capturing a registered point cloud of the whole building. The point cloud is processed and drawn up as illustrated floor plans for the Area Measurement report. All areas are calculated from the measured survey and stated in square metres, in accordance with RICS guidelines.
